I created an empty 4-fold map from the standard Europe map.
The map was completely adapted and the paths for all xmls that are needed for mapping are adapted on the map. To start with, I left the following content in the map:
– Dealers for vehicles and animals
– The NPCs
– Destructible objects
– Collectibles
– 1 spline each + parked vehicle, map end markers, the storks,
of every tree type, every size.
– I kept all objects in the i3d, e.g. Trees, street lamps, roads, etc. (If you don’t need them, you can delete them quickly)
– More fruits (rye, spelt, triticale, broad beans, poppy seeds, etc.) Camming Soon
– More ground textures (various paving stones, etc.) Camming Soon
Unfortunately:
– 2 warnings and 1 error in the in-game log 🙁
– 2 warnings and 4 failed to open file errors where there is sdata and you can’t get to it. -> GE log 🙁
If anyone knows how to get rid of them, I’ll fix them as soon as possible via an update. The errors wouldn’t affect the map construction or the game experience.;)
I’ve enlarged the map boundaries and the edge. Should possibly be adjusted to the elevation model.
Tested without any other mods or scripts. If you still find more errors, please let me know. Many thanks Thanks.
V1.2
A look at the map for the weekend.
What have I done?
– desc version increased to 93
– 50 new ground layers, meaning 25 new combined layers added. All standard textures from the US or AS map (various cobblestones, mud, gravel, etc.) with an extra folder for the new weights
– Everything from the standard EU map put into a group and moved under the map
– Fields and farmlands removed, there is Farmland 1 & 2
I still have to work my way into the fruits and get used to the new system, unfortunately a few things have been changed.?(
Hope you can use the map. :))
V1.1
I finally managed it after a lot of testing and reading and I have now figured out the error. I hope everything is working now. 😉
I last edited the map with the latest GE V10.0.3. (As of 11/27/24 8:12 p.m.)
What was done?
– Spam error fixed
– some adjustments
