Autodrive courses for Calmsden Farm

The following was added:
-Main roads and secondary routes
-Almost all fields (except field 41) connected
-All fields have a field edge course (set to nearest in settings)
-All forests connected
-All sales points are connected
-Both farms are connected and have parking facilities
-BGA installed (no drive-in silo, as these are not available and have to be placed yourself)

I have removed the following gates (demolition mode construction menu):
North farm entrance
Field 2 in the northeast
Field 5 in the northwest
!!

The courses themselves are designed for small to medium-sized equipment, as some of the roads are very narrow.
