With this update you will receive my apartment building, which can be used as a residential building and generates regular rental income.

A total of 6 apartments
2 apartments on the ground floor (ground floor)
3 apartments on the 1st floor (1st floor)
1 apartment on the 2nd floor (2nd floor)
Functions & Features
All doors can be opened and closed
Lighting can be turned on and off
Sleep function has been removed
You can sit down wherever there is seating
You can lie down in bed
Rental income of €555 per hour
Tip: If there is a floating effect when sitting, reset the building with EasyDevControls. Afterwards everything works as usual again. (Cause unknown.)
