Giants launch community cultivators program

Giants have shared major news for all Farming Simulator fans of a new program called “Community Cultivators”. The previous Ambassadors program will shut down and new and improved cultivators structure will play a big role for all regional and international fans. Learn more about the program below.

What Do Cultivators Do?

Cultivators work closely with the GIANTS Software community team, helping to:

✅ Provide regional representation of the local community
✅ Gather and share community feedback
✅ Organize local events and opportunities
✅ Strengthen the connection between players and GIANTS Software

Who Can Apply?

To become a Cultivator, you should meet the following requirements.
🔹 18+ years old (21+ for the USA)
🔹 Proficiency in English and your native language
🔹 Passion for Farming Simulator
🔹 Recognized and active in the community
🔹 Organized, responsive and reliable
🔹 No required reach, but a track record in community involvement is a plus
🔹 Interest in active work, event organization experience is a plus
🔹 Ability to travel within your country

You have the opportunity to start your own events with GIANTS support in your region. The Barnyard MeetUp will be your exclusive opportunity to organize cool events with special goodies and much more in your region.

What Happens After You Apply?

📌 Step 1: The Community Team will reach out to learn more about you and evaluate if you are a good fit for representing your country. Dialogue is extremely important to us!
📌 Step 2: If you meet the criteria, we will contact you and offer the opportunity to join the Cultivators Program in your respective community.
📌 Step 3: Once you become a Cultivator, we will guide you through the process, helping you integrate into the team and make an impact. You will have the chance to become a key representative for your regional community.

Who’s the Community Team?

Benni

Since August 2024, Benni has been the Community Manager at GIANTS Software, focusing on the European community and the rest of the non-English-speaking world. Growing up in a small village in Lower Saxony, he understands rural life, which makes him feel right at home in the world of Farming Simulator. For Benni, gaming has always been about community. His passion for connecting with others through games naturally led him to community management – driven by the idea of sharing and learning together.

Kermit

Kermit joined GIANTS Software as Community Coordinator for Farming Simulator in June 2021. Based out of our US office, his focus is on the Western Hemisphere as well as English speaking countries around the world. A former Mixer partner and Farming Simulator ambassador, Kermit understands what it takes to be a content creator and the challenges creators might face. As a lifelong gamer, he knows the power that gaming has to affect people’s lives and connect people together from all around the world.
