i cant plant anything. db120 gives the error that says i cant plant in water
I have found a way to fix precision farming of this map. Open .zip using 7z and open map/map.xml, right click to edit it, roll down and find <soilMap filename=”map/data/soilMap.grle”/>
change grle to png, because there is no such file but only the soilMap.png.
Then try purchase soil information, wait few second at first time, and the soil information will show up

I’ve downloaded this map from two different websites and neither one will come up in game in the maps list. I tried five times deleting the files and downloading them and installing over and over.
Please fix Precision Farming for this map that’s all we really want, when getting Soil Information (buying from the map or collecting it yourself) it does not display on the map no matter what I try to do.

Grass can’t be mowed, other than that I haven’t noticed any major issues at the moment, Keep up the good work and updating the map as you can.

Map works fine but my tracks are way too deep and looks wrong even driving a car will sink deep into gravel roads , anybody else have this problem?
Some bridges dont work. the bridges in top left corner 2 of them
The farm-silo has no trigger. Refueling at the gas station also doesn’t work. The trigger is also missing there.
So sad this map is not getting updated. This is one of the best mod maps since FS22.

Main farm silo doesn’t have tip trigger. Will probably have to renovate the silo to acquire someplace to unload harvest.
I cant load the map at all, Like some other people it crashes after compiling shaders, I leave it untouched for 5-10 min then the game just crashes. I dont get a crash report tho. Running a 3060ti.
Larger RAM is needed to load shaders. I upgraded to 32GB and no issues loading… will just take a bit initially.
I have 64GB ram in my pc. Sure enough this map loaded fine originally and now every time I try to load my save game, it crashes during compiling shaders.
I have 128GB. Loads fine. Running 3090TI. 2TB M.2. AMD Ryzen 9 5900X processor.
make shure you do NOT run anything else on your computer when loading in this map, its HUGE and need alot to load the shaders! im playing on this map now

i try opening it in fs25 and all it says is compiling shaders! i dunno what to to to fix it! throw some ideas out please
16X maps take time to process… it could “hang” at compiling shaders for 5-10 mins…. wait it out… it just takes an insane amount of time for the first launch.
As posted to White Shadow, your RAM will have something to do with loading/compiling shaders. I upgraded from 8GB to 32 GB RAM and have no issues anymore
Precision farming doesnt work on this map. Main farm Silo does not work. You have to sell it and replace it. Huron County Grain South tipping point is missing. Also there is a barrier/wall at the entrance of it. Im sure there are others. Can update comment upon finding more bugs. Cheers
Upon starting the game. The main farm Silo tipping point does not work. You have to sell the Silo and replace it down for it to work. Precision Farming does not work on it. Cant plant grass from previous posters. Some spots at the actual shop doesn’t work. The grass and Precision Farming is a must. Also, some fields dont allow joining.
Precision Farming also doesn’t work on the map. Might be related to whatever is causing the planting issue.
It seems the heart of the problem is the soil map. Some are saying they can’t plant and since precision farming came out, only this map doesn’t work with it. I looked into the zip file and yup, soil map is missing.
just to make people aware, you cant join fields on this map, i cant at least. nothing will plant or fertilize on areas i create to join fields together
This crashes my video card somehow. It gets hung and freezes on Compiling Shaders and then an AMD bug report box pops up. I’ve downloaded it from two different sites and it’s just not working.

To add grass planting: Unzip map, open map/map.i3d with Notepad++. Inside
<Files>section, add<File fileId="1633" filename="$data/foliage/grass/grass.xml"/>. Then find<FoliageMultiLayer densityMapId="639"and inside it, add<FoliageType name="grass" foliageXmlId="1633"/>. Save. Grass fixed! 🙂why should i add it,i dont own the map?

Map loads fine, played this for many hours on 22 realy loved it. The 25 version is broken, wasted a lot of time building a farm, only to be disapointed! sell points don’t work, no Grass and a bridge you fall through, come on, who converts a Map to FS25 and mess it so badly!!
Love the map layout. Tried it and most sell points did not work and trick sank into bridge trying to cross it. Didn’t play long enough to find out about the grass and if it worked or not.

Again disappointment and this map does not open like other 16x maps. I think it is related to RAM. So 8 GB ram is useless. I have nothing to say.
Map loads fine, game saves, all mods added 80 of them working. Great map, enjoying it !!
