Here is the mint foliage textures and information for FS25 installation. Note that these are prefab files, mapping knowledge is required to install a new fruitType into a map and this is no different. My alfalfa install tutorial video, the included install instructions.txt as well as various youtube videos can help install.
For windrower, pickup, mower effects, etc, I did not create anything custom, I just added mint to the Grass and Grass_windrow effect xmls.

I can’t see where the video tutorial is.
He leaves out steps in the video anyway so the video is pointless
