The Z-211/2 tedder and rake is designed for tedding of mowed low-stemmed crops (grass, alfalfa, clover), dried for hay in the field, and for raking of dried or already dry hay into longitudinal shafts. It can also be used to rake crop residues (such as straw), as well as green fodder.

no way to “unfold” the implement, no description if it requires any mods to work or instructions on how to use the tool. none of the default keybinds work for this implement. maybe it’s cool concept to get out of the tractor and click on the wheel to lower the implement (only interaction i have found in 15 minutes trying to make it work) but at least provide a clear instruction list on how it operates.
